Press Unloaders (Accessories)

	Actuation, Servo Kit - Servo attachment that converts a standard unloader into a servo driven unloader.
	Bracket, Bolster, Face - This bracket bolts to the face of the bolster and allows for unloader mounting below the bolster surface.
	Bracket, Bolster, Plate - Used when the unloader has to clear obstructions like air lines, oil trays, or base castings.
	Bracket, Ram, Face - Mounts the press actuation arm to the face of the ram.
	Bracket, Ram, Flex-Pivot - This bracket works with the standard ram bracket and allows flexibility to utilize existing t-slots.
	Extensions, Caster (4) - Caster extensions raise the unloader base to accomedate higher bolsters.
	Guard, Opposite Side - This guard kit mounts a guard on the side opposite the actuating arms.
	Limit Switch, Carriage-Out - This accessory is a micro switch which detects the carriage in the home position verifying for cycle start.
	Limit Switch, Tray Movement - Micro switch detects tray movement and shuts down press.
	Mount, Bolster, Caster Base - Easily move the unloader for die changes, maintenance, or mounting to another press.
	Mount, Bolster, Swing - Swing arm allows very quick removal of unloader for die change and maintenance.
	Mount, In-Press - This kit installs an unloader between the bolster and ram.
	Mount, Light Curtain By-Pass - These brackets are designed to hookup around light curtains or scrap conveyer rollers. Send press and light curtain specifications in for feasability check.
	Mount, OB(I) Shelf - This kit allows an unloader to be mounted in the tunnel on an open bed press.
	Rail Bellows - Used to protect the bearing rail and bearing block from oil, dirt, and heat.
	Rebuild Kit Series 100 - Replace bearings and wear parts for Model 100 press unloader.
	Rebuild Kit Series 150, 75 - Replace bearings and wear parts for one rail unloaders.
	Rebuild Kit Series 200, 300, 320 - Replace bearings and wear parts for two rail unloaders.
	Reinforcing Kit, Mainframe - Supports end of mainframe to make unloader more rigid.
	Release, Act. Arm Overload - The overload release disconnects during the upward pull of the ram if the tray discoveres resistance or if the unloader reaches its maximum limit.
	Roller, Tray HD - Steel tray roller used for heavy applications or with trays made out of hot rolled materials
	Rollers, Tray Flanged (2) - Flanged Nylon Roller(s) mount on tray support shaft to keep tray from moving left or right.
	Rollers, Tray Support (2) - These rollers are used to support the tray for heavy parts or long reach applications.
	Rollers, Tray Support, HD (2) - These rollers are used to support the tray for very heavy parts or long reach applications.
	Shock, Heavy-duty - Heavy-duty shock for tray weights greater than 25 lbs.
	Shuttle System - Set tray horizontal and extract parts from between the dies.
	Tray Clamp Hold Down w/ Gripper - Gripper increases the holding power of the standard tray clamp.
	Tray Clamps Raised - Raising the tray creates an opening for scrap or strip.
	Tray, Friction-reduced SS (tray.f) - Pimply stainless steel trays are used where oily parts stick to standard trays or where less tray angle is desired.
	Tray, Heavy-duty Roller (tray.r) - Heavy-duty roller trays are used where applications require less than a 13° unload angle or where the parts stick to sheet or tube trays.
	Tray, Heavy-duty Sheet (tray.h) - Heavy-duty sheet trays are used where heavy parts are caught and extra strength is needed.
	Tray, Heavy-duty Tube (tray.t) - Heavy-duty tube trays used where heavy parts are caught and extra strength is needed. They are also used for applications where light parts require fewer contact points to slide down the tray.
	Tray, Stacked - Stacked trays work to catch multiple parts from top-knockout dies. Send press and die specifications along with samples or parts' print.
	Tray, Standard Galvanized (tray.s) - Standard press unloader trays utilizing galvanized sheet.
